Returns & Exchanges
If your order appears to be damaged or defective, please email sales@unplugsoycandles.com. Customers will not be refunded original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping. All returns and disputes must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Damaged Candles
We hate when this happens. Although we do our very best to carefully package and ship each and every candle, due to the fragile nature of our glass vessels, sometimes they can break during transit. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package to sales@unplugsoycandles.com and let us know of the damage that occurred. Please provide photos of damaged product(s) for proof, along with an order number and name on the order. That allows us to submit a claim to our shipping carrier and will get a replacement sent out right away!
